Visit to Nice, birthdayparty and trip to Eze and Roquebrune

 Waking up in the morning and having a swim!

Some of the folks that are with me find it too cold but thats what you need after a long night!!!
After breakfast the usual trip to antique market on Mondays in Nice

After that we went to Cafe de Turin in Nice

 Giampi and Gabi enyoing their food!

 On our way back we found this  place selling a remarkable choice of salt and other nice things like oils, vinegars, etc.

 After that we drove up to Saint-Paule-de Vence - Fondation Maeght

In the afternoon we went to Fondation Maeght

Back in Biot II

So after going back to Munich for 5 days I returned to the South of France last Friday. On my way to France I had a stopover in Alto Adige at Ida´s place. It is a very nice guesthouse I can recommend and not far from Meran.

 Stayed the night there.

 Next day I drove down to Biot / South of France and stayed at the Bastide. Took Balou for a walk and met my friends Ingrid and Mairéad at the piazza.

 Next day I moved to Mas Lylian  in the same street as the Bastide and then I picked up my friend Wessi from Nice airport.

 Then all my other friends finally arrived. Here is Annelie and Wessi enjoying some Rosé wine.

 On Sunday we relaxed at the pool and walked to the village of Biot in the late afternoon.

Tomorrow my cousin Susanne will arrive. Then the whole bunch is together.

Back in Biot

 Went to Biot on monday 16th to see my family. Balou loves to have us all in the house. Some family members from South Africa and Austria came to visit us and we showed them arround.

Went to another family members place near Mougins the other night.

We have also visited Cannes. Lots of people there at the moment because it´s festival time.

 We also went to Antibes in the morning to do some shopping.

Went for a walk through Biot on my last day.

Had a look at Verrerie de Biot which is really worth seeing.

Spent the last few hours at the pool before I went back home .
